But the talented and prepared are the incredibly rare exception, the great majority of latinos are a God forsaken mix of spaniard, native indians and africans that has been starving and inbreeding for generations upon generations.
Moreover because of the rampant government ineptitude and poverty latin america has always been overtly socialist and appreciative of mediocrity, for example Chavez preached about how stealing isn't wrong if you're poor, how the rich are evil and how academics in universities where plotting to enslave you and shit, all whilst rejecting plan after plan designed to end poverty in Venezuela (all designed by incredibly talented academics).
