What could currently be considered the "cleanest" form of energy available to us? A lot of renewables seem to be a pipe dream or at least unrealistic on a larger scale/ too dependent on the specific geography. Is there anything that could potentially beat nuclear power in terms of efficiency, environmental impact and large scale usability?
