>>12155267No idea, as I’m not in CS, but military experience will pretty much always set a candidate apart. A lot of defense contractors have hiring programs specifically for veterans as well. Do the best you can in the situation you’ve found yourself in, and you’re pretty much guaranteed to come out fine. I’d stick with CS over whatever applied CS is, but that’s mostly because I’ve never heard of it (my background is in aero, not compsci).
