As I answered in the other thread, psychopaths don't understand reciprocity - their behavior is more about what they can get away with, rather than rewarding good punishing bad. So they mostly seem somewhat agressive, though not very overtly so. If you seem weak, disliked or otherwise disadvantaged, they will try to exploit you.
When they see a nice person, they see a target to exploit. They cannot comprehend when the previously nice person retaliates towards them, they expect them to behave always the same way. So eventually they learn to avoid those who seem "too" nice, because they know they can (from their perspective unpredictably) turn from a puppy to a demon.
