2. So as you guys have brought up we have people who are advanced in the field and those who are new or have passing interest. What would be the most fair way to cater to both? Maybe having 3 questions with ramping difficulties for each?
3. is one day a good time frame or should it be longer to allow more thought and for those not on here every day?
