I saw this map on a wall in the background of a twitter post. I dont think this is of real life and have racked my brain trying to figure out what era this is from and if it's fictitious, from what? Any help or input is appreciated and I can link the post if necessary.

I was thinking since South/North America are touching it has to be from the late Eocene, but I have no clue what's going on with Eurasia or why it's so close to the Americas.
