Humans should honestly just have 1 kid in the next 100 years. Sure the population would crash but that way technology has 100 gears to come up with cool ideas to stop climate change and cure lots of different diseases. Then in 2100 we can go back to having 2 or 3 kids if you want. But giving science 100 years to come up with answers to overpopulation seems like a good idea
