All you have to do is convert the mathematical syntax into a equivalent syntax in a programming language (or perhaps circuit).
Yes this won't work for every idea due to the limitations of computers, but in theory it works for many proofs.
While I agree people studying computer science should be studying mathematics, mathematicians should also understand how their syntax can be rewritten in a language of their choice to do a computation for that.
