Reading bullet points gives me a headache as well. I swear I would comprehend the same amount of info at a faster rate if it was expressed in full sentences with grammr and shit

lecture notes should be used as an index or summary of the content. If detailed, start with notes, if not then use them to guide primary source reading. Ideally memorise the notes if they're good.

Notes are for tests and general learning shit. Primary sources are for research projects / assignments / maybe wanting to learn things yourself.
