why do ppl say there are diminishing returns to intelligence post 130-140 iq? from what i see post 140 iq is where capabilities really start to be apparent. the whole didn't study shit and derived everything for first principles to ace the exam, seeing patterns that almost everyone else misses, figures out poincare conjecture, invents something revolutionary, etc. meanwhile midwits and retards are nearly identically retarded. hell in some way retards are more sensible since they aren't smart enough to understand intellectual traps so don't fall for them. while midwits are smart enough to understand it but not smart enough to realize it's bs.
