People give me a lot of slack for not having this, but I don't understand. If it is okay to terminate a fetus, why is it wrong to sterilize someone, or to create incentivized sterilization programs? I don't get it. Or even in psychology, my psych prof said it would be immoral to do the milgram experiment today, but I really want to do it, and I see nothing wrong with it as long as you do a follow up with the participants so they know they didn't shock someone to death.
Why is eugenics wrong but abortion is not, according to the status quo.
I'd argue that abortion *is* eugenics. It's just as much a form of eugenics as voluntary sterilization programs are. Was everyone just schmucked into believing the whole abortion thing because ""muh woman rights""
All of the arguments I've seen for abortion are things like ""its just a clump of cells"" which is retarded because that's all we are too.
A bio prof told me that in regards to bioethics, there is no correct answer. So then why dont we just do it all and not have any regard for ethics?
