What is the scientific basis for being required to reduce one's driving speed to stop the spread of covid-19?

Obvious answer. Is when you drive fast, if you have covid. Your covid infectious bacteria can travel faster. Hitting people in the face from distances that were not imagined.

As well as if you drive slow and don't have covid. Your not hitting into as many covid infectious clouds before they settle to the ground.

Lol. Not serious. Probably just using it as concious deterrent for speeding. Associating bad things with other bad things. Makes it more apparent those things are bad.

The term "COVID-19" is now psychologically assocoated with compliance.
You could say "COVID-19: Pay your taxes on time" and it would probably work.
