you have to create an account to post, and then people can see your post history, and there is a post rating system.
so this pushes users to conform to a certain social standards
the good part is that you can identify schizos easily, they can't hide anonymously. And once you have identified the retards, you can filter them.

You post anonymously, but have your own hash-key. Then you can filter retards and schizos, and create your own boards/subs by giving certain anons access.
Like a private subreddit, but everyone is anonymous. You could have all the non-social pressure communication you want, if the community is large enough. But you also don't have to deal with all the retarded schizos like tooker, solivagus, copperfag. And you don't have to deal with all the nameless retards that you can't filter
