You die of a disease, generally, because you're poor and can't afford treatment (obviously some diseases don't give a fuck and kill you regardless). So the group that has the most poor people, or has the highest percentage of poor people, will see the worst of everything.
This literally isn't about race and is really just about capitalism and poverty. Now, why are blacks poorer? I'm sure there are some historical systemic racist things that continually make moving up in their economic standing difficult, and this has likely persisted to this day. However, wealth disparity is increasing everywhere, and more and more whites are becoming poor, too. And what do you see? More whites also dying from diseases that wealthy people don't die from.
This is not a race problem, this is a poverty problem.
