i don't understand in the usa 3gpa means 75 % right ? i don't understand in europe with 75% you are like top 10%-20% the average is 40-60% why in the usa 3GPA is considered bad and 4 100% is kinda common here we have like 1% of people that get 100% in some courses and probably 0.1% that get 100% in all courses (im talking about engineering)

idk but here, shitty universities are so easy, they don't give a fuck and you can easily get 3.0+. I attended a top notch university which fucked my gpa.

No. 70% in the UK is a 4.0 gpa.
3.0 is below 60%.
