Scientifically speaking why don't we have professional job testers? As in people who actually go out and test job requirements and practices.

I basically communicate/speak/translate exclusively in: Why this "job", cultural reference? style.

I literally have no idea why anyone has a social persona whatsoever or ever bothers to identify as a political, cultural, or worthwhile/important individual to interact with. We're all shitty humans, why do we bother speaking like polish is important?
