Day after day I see posts about the what books to read to learn programming, to learn math, what study plans to follow, how to take notes, what concepts to learn. I see posts about pop-sci and and junior high level science questions.
But I very rarely see people discuss actual hard science, research papers, difficult algorithms, or actual mathematics. I see people talking about learning, but no one learning.
It seems like one big LARP and everyone just wants to seem smart but not put in any work.
Am I the only one who notices this?
