Are we all separate, individual beings with our own separate consciousness? Will we all cease to exist forever after we die like how we didn't exist before we were born?

All of this is temporary right? Theres no deeper meaning or bigger picture? We are here by pure chance and not by intelligent design? We live and then die and eventually the universe dies and then there's eternal nothingness?

And the universe is separate from us and is not conscious?

Or is there more to it like the schizo psychonauts on /x/ and Reddit claim?
