Do vulcanoids exist? (Pure metal asteroids in the stable orbit beyond mercury)
Literally every place in the solar system that is a stable orbit has bodies, and although limited to asteroid less that 60km due to certain affects in the area there could still be hundreds or thousands of asteroids greater than a km in size. The problem is it’s very difficult to detect because they are so small and the glare from the sun is so high. How long until we confirm their presence and just how will we do that?
