I used to think this was a funny way to look at physics... when I was 18 or 29 years old taking general physics from the shitty "University physics from sterway" or whatever. But after taking linear algebra, differential equations, puting in a computer numerical methods (with error control), I can see pretty clearly how physics is a top notch degree with a good ground in theoretical math.
You won't do a first degree Taylor approximation in real physics, don't be retarded, you use RK4 or another numerical method in a computer, which is known even to what degree of certainty it is precise.
