This is a serious question that sparked major discussion among my friends.
Is water actually wet or not?
Personally my theory is that a water molecule acts as a "wetter" for anything it comes into contact with, but not itself. If a mass of water therefore contains more than one molecule of water, it'd therefore be wet.
