If you mastered how to cook everything in a busy restaurant and you reach for things at cook them all at the perfect times without thinking about it where are the neurons? Are they in your frontal cortex or do repetitive tasks you care about and perfected stored deeper in the brain or lower down maybe into the limbic system?
I wonder because the frontal cortex is where you have conscious thoughts mostly, right? (Though I know that may not have everything pinpointed and the brain can be plastic I'm curious what the non-degenerate science has to say about it.)
