The topic is about undergrads in maths, no? Not only those would know high school maths, but also nobody would care if you can't add ratios as long as you understand what a natural transformation is.

Linear algebra and calculus can both be taught (non-rigorously) in elementary school.
Also, rigor in math should not be a focus until after a first course in mathematical logic, which should be the very first course taught in high school.

Fill the rest with philosophy classes. And maybe make the complex, pde, and probability classes optional since you get that in grad school anyways.

My point being that anything you CAN learn at grad school, you should. Don't try to squeeze a bunch into undergrad it won't be as rigorous.

That's it, anything more than that is useless in real life and the word mathematician should be left for people who can use math in the real world.
