>>12126739The only thing that will 100% reduce aging is sunscreen SPF 50. I live by the easy coast and Ive seen how damaging it can be to your skin - especially your arms.
I use a very gentle cleanser and moisturiser (La Roche Posay). It's the best thing I've ever put on my face, anything else will cause what happened to this

Also pair la Roche Posay with a 30% acid peel you do every 4 weeks. It stings your face but it is the only thing that will instantly create a visual difference in your skin. You need a beauty license in most countries to buy it, but buying from other countries isn't hard.
Also when you get older it's good to start using retinol or tretinoin. Will reduce aged areas and make your skin look younger, but you need a doc prespripction and most people overdo it by applying it too much or buying a high concentration.

However, I have had friends who bought cheap products like Cetaphil and CeraVe and they worked wonders on their acne, but not everyone's skin is the same. La Roche Posay is like the premium brand you buy if Cetaphil or CeraVe does not work.
