both will lead to literally the same jobs, up to like 5% difference for each major.
the bigger difference will come down to which major interests you more and thus which one can you personally do better in.

I have a double major in both applied math and stat, just stick with stat and get the math minor. Stat is easier and more applicable to what you want to do.
