Just do it man, opiate DTs wont kill you like Benzo or Booze. Its gonna suck, you might shit yourself, but you can do. The hard part isnt getting clean though
The hard part is figuring out how the fuck to exist in reality without drugs...cause reality is fucking boring as all hell. Smoking weed helps a little, but its also just weed.
If you have a Significant other, lean on them and family for support
If not, you probably need to get into AA, NA, or find a support group
If you cant handle the religous messages, find a meditation and mindfulness group. Its usually older, rich, white people, but they're cool most of the time
