Well sometimes when you sleep the nail goblins come around and they absolutely LOVE toenails and especially the toenail on the toe next to the big toe. So it makes sense that your toenails are really yummy so that the toenail goblins can gnaw on them during the night and when you wake up it is toe nail breakfast time but not for nail goblins because they are already full on the nails.
