can a burger go to an elementary school or high school that is not the closest one to his/her home?
in my country in europe pupils after elementary school write a statutory exam and the results of that exam decide whether a pupil will go to a good or bad high school, sometimes a good high school is far away and pupil needs to go there every day or she/he moves into a dorm near school
