Why logics is important is self explanatory. I mean every science is dependent on inference and right conclusions.
Epistemology is also very important. What can be known? It shows the limitations of science. One reason why mathematics is the most superior science is because before they solve an equation the look if the equation can be solved at all. Maybe the solution set is empty.
Metaphysics is easily the most important thing in science. In the end everything boils down to assumptions, axioms, postulates, definitions, etc. If the assumptions and definitions are wrong then everything that follows is wrong. All science would crumble like a house of cards, if the assumptions would be wrong.
Indeed science can't exist without philosophy.
