BepiColombo - anomaly in footage

BepiColombo is doing a flyby of Venus in October which could be interesting. What caught my eye was this WEBM on the wiki page. During the BepiColombo flyby of Earth back in April, some scientist thought it was a meteorite and recorded it.
Understandably so, as the satellite is in very rapid speed. They also note in the wiki article that the "normal" satelitte in the footage is INSAT-2D, a defunct geostationary satellite.
HOWEVER, look closesly at the footage to the top left. There is a very small thing moving back and forth, back and forth, and repeating. What could this be? Higher quality webm is on the wiki
