Ok I figured out how economics in start trek would work in our world

Youtube has an economic system. Yet it is devoid of cash.

The future of economics is the economics of social media. Instead of trying instead of focusing competing for money (an infinite resource in a fiat money system) you compete for attention (finite, only so many people and so many hours).

all basic necessities will be managed by the state and its robot/replicator farm

Anyhow,

Instead of accumulating money you accumulate likes and hits and subscribes.

For example, a person creates a new fried chicken recipe, uploads it to the replicators. His goal now is to try to get as many likes and hits as he can. We will have thousands of chefs creating new fried chicken recipes, all competing for those sweet sweet hits/likes, and subscribes. People try it out and, and if they like it they like/subscribe/share the chicken recipe to others. In order to make sure we dont drown in fried chicken recipes upload a new recipe to the replicator you need to eat the chicken 100 times. Or there would be a set period of time before the fried chicken recipe would deleted from the system.

presuppositions

1 we have replicators
2 we have good ai/robots

Thoughts ?
