How do we calculate the probability that Jesus Christ fulfilled all of these prophecies just by chance?

We have no idea whether or not Jesus fulfilled any of these prophecies because the writers of the Gospel asserting that he has is not real evidence that he did.

So you're wrong, it actually is evidence, you're just prejudiced not to believe it. Prejudiced people aren't allowed on juries so your opinion in the matter is disregarded.
The question is about the math of calculating the probabilities.

We do have historical accounts referencing Jesus.
He probably died just like in gospels. Following that event, his followers certainly did "go forth and make disciples of all nations".
Obviously we can't account for everything in OP's pic though.

You also have to figure in all of the prophesies that he didn't fulfill. Looking at the apparent standard for what counts as a prophesy, I think you have to count every verse in the Tanakh as a separate prophesy. Otherwise you are cherrypicking your data.

Incorrect. He was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses alive again after death, and risen into heaven and seen by the martyr Stephen at God's right hand (Acts 7; Ps 110), therefore the only valid objection based on prophesied he "didn't fulfill" is if you can prove that he is no longer able to fulfill them. If they remain as prophecies that he can fulfill when he returns (peace on earth, etc) then they are still contingent. So we are back to the original question in OP that you didn't answer.
