It will not be a clone, as the only way it COULD be a clone, is if there was something about "you" that was more than just the arrangment of those atoms. But again, we are being materially reductionist, so there is NOTHING about you that exists other than that arrangement of atoms. This includes your subjective experience of a sense of self.
So yes, you will come back to life, and it won't be a clone.
