Is NoFap a joke or not /sci/entists? I am aware of the destructive and corrosive effects that pornography can have on one's sexual life in general (and especially in teenage minds), but on the other hand I'm also aware of the increased risk of prostate cancer that can develop if you keep on this abstention for too long while not finding a gf.
What do the sciences say about this?
