Can I make conductive glue by grinding the graphite of a pencil and then putting super glue over it
Or would the super glue fill all the space between the copper ends and the graphite

I would use copper fillings you gonna have to test the type of glue tho
with superglue do a test first you need to put the fillings in the postition you want them then introduce the glue the glue use very little, it will solidify very rapidly , then you need to test with an ohm-meter

People do this, but with different materials. Usually silver nanoparticles or short carbon fibers.
If you used graphite in ordinary glue or epoxy and wanted it to actually be conductive (less than 10e6 ohms), the powder loading would be so high that the end product would crumble.

you can buy conductive epoxy already. We use it to make cheap vias without having to plate them
