None of the materials are conducive to building transistors and the main benefit is to slightly reduce heat generation. Dunking your entire machine in liquid nitrogen would work better.
Classic low-temperature SC is fairly well understood. Lookup BCS Theory, specifically Cooper Pairs. Essentially any mechanism that gives an attractive interaction between electrons will lead to SC at some temperature. We barely understand high-temperature SC at all even after decades of research.
