Someone just use Lagrange interpolation in this shit. Too lazy to write it down myself. But I'll give you the formula.

For a set of $n$ points $(x_i,y_i)$ , the Lagrange polynomial of $n-1$ degree that best approximates the function passing thru those points subjected to the 2-norm for functions, is given by:
