>>12113445If you don't overdo the Vyvanse and don't have a family history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, you should be okay. If you do have a vulnerability to mood swings or psychosis, you may want to consider a non-stimulant ADHD medication. Still, Vyvanse at normal doses shouldn't hurt you in the long run, though untreated ADHD/depression almost certainly will.
As for antidepressants... well, the modern ones are pretty safe. Sertraline and escitalopram are probably the best in regards to efficacy and safety. There's a small, possibly theoretical chance that modern serotonergic antidepressants and Vyvanse would cause serotonin syndrome, but that's pretty unlikely.
Also, note that Vyvanse might help depressive symptoms (especially anhedonia). It didn't get an FDA indication for depression because two of the phase III trials didn't produce favorable results, but there have been a few small trials since then that have noted mixed to positive effects.
