Is there a good series of lectures on youtube for learning physics? Many of them such as the MIT and standford ones are too low quality.

If MIT and stanford lectures are too low quality for you, I'd recommend just self teaching from a textbook or learning from labs/experience.

It's clear lectures will not work for you. That's whatever, but you need to look elsewhere

i think he means that they dont go that in depth. but that is just how uni works. they are not gonna give you everything, just the core and some bits that they deem important. its up to you to go in depth

I have ADHD, reading textbooks is a hopeless endeavor. I learn best from watching videos and doing practice problems. Learned lots of calculus that way.

Make the video tiny in the window and have practice problems/the book open on the side. solves multiple issues.
