Please someone debunk the heat death of the universe. It can't just all end cold and lonely, I need to know that it'll all come back together in one Big Crunch at the end, or else I'll be sad.

Space is always above abs zero due to virtual particles. Even if the universe expands, quantum mechanics dictates that there will always be a probability of a part of space having an energy.

I wonder how virtual particles and space would interact with the Big Rip? Would matter spontaneously form when anti particles and particle pairs get torn away from eachother as soon as they form? Then would they be rippedby dark energy, releasing their energy? So would the universe eventually be filled uniformly with greater and greater energy as space expands?

Thanks to the speed of expansion of the universe, its entropic capacity is growing much faster than its global entropy itself. This is in fact a simple consequence of relativity and the correspondence between thermodynamic and information theoretical entropy. The so called heat death is nothing but a pop sci myth.

Okay what if the heat death as it were just continues in such a way that it pulls whole universes out of this one? What if there is a sort of modulation between the expansion and local gravity and eventually the universe will be a bunch of super black holes that eventually explode and possess energy for a whole universe each because ultimately energy is infinite and provided to this reality in some inherent wave

in this scenario elemental particles cant ever interact with each other because they're all moving apart ftl and cosmic event horizon approaches zero
you can imagine last civilisations in the universelooking in horror at the night sky as their galaxies slowly dissapear behind the event horizon, then nearby stars, finally their own solar system gets pulled apart and thy're left in complete blackness waiting for their atmosphere to be ripped away
