I'm pretty sure I have a brain tumor of some sort. I notice cognitive decline that seems pretty severe. I got into mensa at 17, I am 23 now. I usually take the mensa online Norway quiz or some other thing once every couple years and I got a 90. Previously I would get around 140. I am forgetting words, having trouble remembering tasks i set out to do, etc etc. I have debilitating OCD so part of me thinks its all in my head but if it turns out that there's nothing wrong with me and I go to the doctors I will have no money left for living. What am I to do
