Scientifically speaking, how could one beat a breathalyzer test?

Since the reaction takes place in acidic conditions would a bicarbonate pill that you break right and swish around right before you blow reduce the BAC reading?

Would the presence of acetic acid inhibit the forward reaction, what if you swigged vinegar?

Or what about a dye that would mess up the spectrometer reading?

Any ideas? I will test them at home.
