Clearly state what you did, how you did it, where you did it, why you did it, when you did it, and who you are.

Ask people you know who haven't read the paper or heard you speak on it to read it and let you know what they find unclear. Clarify as needed. If it's generally clear let the editor know the other reviewers didn't have a problem. It's ok to argue your case. And in your reply to the reviews quote the 2 sentences in the abstract. If you respond reasonably to most of the reviewer's points you can argue against a few no problem.
