How would you arrange people in an infinitesome (with at least one woman) where every hole with enough depth and girth is filled by a different person (as in threesome), in a way that you fit everyone somewhere in two dimensional space (everyone lying down on an infinite bed) without intersection, in the most tight way possible (so that if there's some gap in the space where one is sure that there isn't anything in there, and there was a way to fill that gap, then a tighter way would fill it)
