Hi /sci/ i need your help. Lets say that I am trying to image a molecule with a fluorescent label which shouldnt fluoresce significantly in an aqueous solution, such as NBD. This molecule that im analyzing already has NBD attached to a polar group such as an acyl group, which increases the NBD fluorescence too much. Do you guys have any ideas on how to avoid this?
