Is being horny good for you?
I find it distracting and annoying. Sometimes I wish I could take something that only reduces libido and doesn't negatively effect anything else.

I've gone upwards of 3 months without fapping when travelling in shared accommodation and being very busy and all it did was make me extra horny, by the end of it I was subconsciously perving on my SILs and had to find a time to fap to get myself to stop.
