And since we have a morality gene, that implies that gene codes for the morality protein. We may call it "Moralitonin".
But the process isn't as simple, first we have the pre-pro-moralitonin protein which is in turn cut by the enzime Promoralitoninase to create pro-moralitonin, this protein is created in the moralitoninergic cell, which is a cell belonging to the morality gland. The promoralitonin travels through the blood stream and crosses the blood-brain barrier through the promoralitonin-glucose channel, it gets transformed by the glyal cells into moralitonin by the moralitoninase enzyme, and later it's transported out of such cell into the Cerebrospinal fluid with the Moralitonin-potassium gated channel. Once in the CS Fluid it finds its way to the Moral lemniscus from which the protein will travel to the synapses in the Morality Circuit of our brain, facilitating the opening of GABA channels and the repolarization of neurons from said Morality Circuit. Advances in bioengineering led us to the creation of an ELISA indirect test to detect antibodies that have been in contact with Moralitonin, which gives us an estimate of how good or bad a person is, however we need a CS Fluid sample to make this test, so it isn't that frequent.
I hope that clears it up.
