No, I am not talking about Unity,Unreal, or other public engine users. I am talking about those people who want to "do from scratch"

Their work requires a lot of hard work. They are above average programmer. Their main expertise in maths are linear algebra, goemetry and some calculus. Computer graphics is an interestingly useful intersection of maths, science and computation. Any SIGGRAPH author here? How would you describe them?
