Your bones, your jaw, your heart, digestive tract, spinal cord, the fact that the laryngeal nerve takes an unnecessary detour all the way down to your chest and then back up to your larynx, and your eyes since they were originally designed to see underwater and evolution fudged the vision of tetrapods to see out of the water.
All of these are holdovers from our fish ancestor. It's not quite as dramatic as gills during our stint as embryos but they are traits that developed back when our ancestors were inhabitants of the primordial oceans hundreds of millions of years ago.
