What do you think the best thing a human can create is?
I would say another human.
The issue is that when these things start to be reflective of our own condition we give it little value.
See how people are shit parents and end up with fucked up kids.
But beyond that extent we directly detest it. Eugenics, the engineering of humans, etc., are greatly frowned upon, and in most instances are utterly illegal/forbidden/taboo.
Human refuse to make something better than themselves, or even at the near measure of themselves, thus we're constantly degrading.
Notice how rare god create something as great or greater than themselves, and even if they do how they even rarer have positive reaction to it. maybe even the idea.
And with man created in the likeness of god, we find ourselves with the same narcissism.
Insecurity is not the knowledge of measurable weakness. It's the emotional reaction to that knowledge. It is these worthless emotions which hinder godhood.
This emotional defect, it is a measure. But unlike other deficiencies it is one created by choice.
Once humans can be sustained independently, will god be born.
The few randomly superior unfettered, will create the god which nature requires, or at least it's inception.
Such a fortunate reality will never exist.
